1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Brush ready-made graham cracker crust with egg yolk. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
3. Pour cherry pie filling into large bowl.
4. Pour cornstarch mixture into cherry pie filling.
5. Spoon the cherry pie filling into prepared graham cracker crust.
6. Add sugar, light brown sugar, all-purpose flour, and quick cooking oats to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
7. Stir in melted butter.
8. Spoon the sugar mixture evenly over cherry pie filling.
9. Bake 35 minutes.
10. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
