Cherry Dream Pie

Filling prepared with egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Filling is spooned into pie crust, chilled, topped with cherry pie filling, and garnished with whipped topping.

Ingredients -
3 Egg Yolks
1 (14 ounces) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
1 (6 ounces) Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 (21 ounces) can Cherry Pie Filling, chilled
Whipped Topping
 
Preparation:

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks.

3. Stir in the milk and lemon juice.

4. Pour into the crust and bake for 8 minutes.

5. Cool.

6. Chill overnight.

7. Prior to serving, top with the cherry pie filling.

8. Garnish with whipped topping.
