Cherry Pecan Pie

Cherry pecan pie filling prepared from sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, whipped topping, chopped pecans and canned cherry pie filling. Spooned into graham cracker pie crusts and chilled overnight.

Ingredients -
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 (8 ounces) carton Whipped Topping
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 can Cherry Pie Filling
 
Preparation:

1. Combine the condensed milk and lemon juice.

2. Fold in the whipped topping, pecans and pie filling into the mixture.

3. Blend well.

4. Spoon the mixture into 2 graham cracker crusts and chill overnight.

Handling Cherries

Cherries need to be handled with care, as they bruise easily. Cherries should have a bright, deep red color and firm exterior, free of wrinkles.
