Star Spangled Cherry Cheese Pie

Filling prepared from cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice and vanilla. Filling is spooned into pie crust and pie is refrigerated several hours before serving.

Ingredients -
1 Graham Cracker Crumb Crust, (9 inch)
1 Package Cream Cheese, (8 ounces), softened
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk, (14 ounces)
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling, (21 ounces), chilled
 
Preparation:

1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.

2. Add the sweetened condensed milk.

3. Blend thoroughly.

4. Stir in the lemon juice and the vanilla.

5. Pour into the crust.

6. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.

7. Top with the chilled cherry pie filling before serving.
