Cherry Cream Pie
Ingredients -
1 (8 ounces) package Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup Confectioners' Sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
1/2 pint Whipping Cream
1 Baked 9-inch Graham Cracker Pie Shell
1 (16 ounces) can Cherry Pie Filling
Preparation:

1. Blend the cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth and well combined.

2. Whip the cream until it form a stiff peak.

3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

4. Pour into the baked pie shell.

5. Top with cherry pie filling.

6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
